"I was really looking forward to the film..."
I was really looking forward to the film, but the crowd noise pretty much ruined it for me. People were talking through whole scenes, rustling bags, and one person a few rows down kept checking their phone so the screen kept lighting up. What bothered me most was that the staff didn’t step in at all, even though it was obvious. I’ve had this happen here before too, so it was disappointing to see nothing done again.

"Sticky seats and toilets that really needed cleaning"
I don’t know if I just came at a bad time, but the seats were sticky, the bins were overflowing, and the toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. Maybe it’s not always like this, but it definitely made the whole visit feel unpleasant.

I tried to book tickets, but the whole site was a pain. Pages kept freezing on me, then the payment bit started acting weird, and I couldn’t tell if it had gone through or not. After messing around with it for a while, I just gave up. Really annoying experience.

"Really disappointing experience with wheelchair access"
I went to Odeon with my mum, who uses a wheelchair, and it was upsetting and really stressful. The disabled seating felt awkward, the staff didn’t seem to know how to help, and getting to the accessible toilet was more difficult than it should have been. It made us feel like we were a burden, which was horrible. We left feeling really put off and I don’t think we’ll be rushing back.

"Payment issues and no support"
I was trying to place an order and thought it would be a quick checkout, but my payment failed the first time. I figured it might have just been a random glitch, so I tried again. Same thing happened. After two failed attempts, I reached out hoping someone could help me figure out what was going on, but I didn’t get any useful support. It ended up being really frustrating because I was ready to buy, but the whole process just left me stuck.

"Seats Were Way Too Hard"
I don’t know why, but the seats felt rock hard the whole time. By the end, my back was aching and I was just ready to get up and leave.

"Seat Booking Was a Total Mess"
Tried to book my seats and these clowns kept switching them at checkout without making it obvious. By the time I finished, I ended up with worse seats than the ones I picked. No clear warning, no heads-up, just a really annoying experience

They cancelled my booking, which was annoying enough, but then the refund took forever to come through. Support wasn’t very clear about what was going on either. give me a break, if you cancel someone’s booking, at least make the refund process quick and straightforward.

"Barely works, and support just sends me in circles"
I’ve only been able to use it a handful of times before running into issues. Every time I try to get help, support just sends me through the same steps over and over without actually fixing anything. It feels like I’m stuck in a loop, and it’s been frustrating.

"Felt Like I Waited Forever"
I swear I was standing around for what felt like an entire lifetime, and somehow I still missed the trailers again. that’s half the fun of going, so I was way more annoyed than I probably should’ve been.

"I don’t feel like I’m saving much with…"
I don’t feel like I’m saving much with this, and the perks are underwhelming. What makes it more frustrating is that every time I ask a question, I seem to get a different answer depending on who I talk to. It’s hard to know what’s actually included or what I’m supposed to be getting. Overall, it just doesn’t feel worth the hassle.

"Film started way later than expected"
I booked through odeon.co.uk and it was saying the film time was 7:30, but we end up sitting there for almost half an hour watching adverts and trailers before the actual film even started. I don’t mind a few trailers, that’s normal, but this was getting really annoying. If the film is actually starting at 8, they should just put that time instead. it make me not want to bother going next time.

The film itself was fine, no real complaints there. But for me, a basic standard is that staff at least seem approachable, and that wasn’t really the case. They seemed fed up and barely spoke to us. I wouldn’t say they were rude, exactly, but there was no friendliness at all. Just a bit disappointing, to be honest.

I don’t know if it was just my order, but the popcorn tasted stale and the drink was totally flat. For what you pay, I expected it to be at least decent, you know? Definitely didn’t feel worth it.

"Pretty off-putting visit"
Went to Odeon last night and, the toilets were really grim. The floor was wet, there was no paper, the bins were overflowing, and the smell was awful. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but it did make me think twice about buying snacks or rushing back anytime soon

"Parking and verification made the whole visit frustrating"
Went to Odeon the other night the parking was such a hassle. We spent ages driving around trying to find a space, and when we finally did, we still had to walk way further than expected. If you’re coming by car, the location really isn’t convenient at all, especially in the evening. On top of that, having to keep dealing with repeated verification just added to the irritation. By the time we actually got to our seats, I was already fed up. I probably wouldn’t choose this cinema again unless they sort out the parking situation and make the whole process less annoying.

"App kept crashing when I tried to book"
I tried booking tickets a couple times and both times the app just froze on me. Then the payment screen started glitching too, which was super annoying. I ended up just using the website instead.
